Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing an order or using any service offered by All About Idly Enterprise, trading as Eatly Global ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, creating a customer account, or submitting an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue, modify, or update any product at any time without prior notice.
• Limit the quantity of products available for purchase per order or per customer.
• Reject or cancel orders where stock is exhausted at the time of fulfilment.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance, weight, and packaging may vary slightly from those shown.

All products are 100% Halal-certified vegetarian items prepared in a certified kitchen. Please review ingredient labels and allergen information before purchase if you have dietary requirements.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will notify you before processing your payment. You will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

An order submitted through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation and/or invoice via email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled due to stock or delivery constraints.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, it may not be possible to make amendments. Contact us as early as possible at eatlyglobal@gmail.com if you need to make changes.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal — secure online payment via PayPal account or linked debit/credit card.
• Curlec (FPX) — Malaysian online banking via Curlec payment gateway.
• Bank Transfer — direct bank transfer (details provided on invoice).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — where available for applicable delivery areas.

Payment is due at the time of order. Orders remain pending until payment is received and confirmed. We do not store your card or banking credentials — all payment data is handled directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery terms, estimated timelines, fees, and area coverage are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and accessible. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by you.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing has begun by contacting us immediately at eatlyglobal@gmail.com or calling +603 8959 3925. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

For frozen and perishable food products, cancellations after dispatch are generally not accepted due to the nature of the goods. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for eligible circumstances.

8. Customer Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for more than 3 years.

9. Enquiries & Complaints

Customers who have purchased a product within the preceding 30 days may submit a formal complaint through the product page on our website. Enquiries are open to all visitors. We aim to respond to all submissions within 1–2 business days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, recipes, branding and design — is the property of All About Idly Enterprise / Eatly Global and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the value of that order.
• We are not responsible for website downtime, technical errors or third-party service outages beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue informally before initiating legal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after the update date constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
